This con wasn't a bad con for a first year run. The con in general had more of a "gather" feel to it - the attendance count was pretty low, as it was run in a local hotel in Lancaster, CA. This was also the first time in a while I actually went to a convention as an attendee - the first time, in fact, since Anime Expo 1996. (Regretfully, I had no camera at that time - otherwise I would likely have pictures up here with everything else.)
For the one day we were there, I noted that the con seemed to be more geared towards cosplay and in general having fun - in short, it wasn't a fan con with heavy industry influence (IE, Anime Expo (Sorry, guys)), it was just a fan con. I kind of liked it.
With little further ado, this follows semi-standard archive conventions for this page - or something like that. =^_^=
